By NORMA LOVE Associated Press Writer CONCORD, N.H. — New Hampshire House budget writers are considering cutting the corrections department's overtime budget to save 20 officers from being laid off when the Laconia prison is closed. Corrections Commissioner William Wrenn objected Wednesday that cutting overtime could leave him without enough money for emergencies. Gov.
