Crime Stoppers and Investigators with the Houston Police Department are seeking the public's assistance on locating William Bata Robinson. On April 18, 2005 William Robinson was convicted of Indecency with a Child by Contact and he was sentenced to 4 years in the Texas Department of Corrections. His victim was 7 years old. He was released from TDC on January 23, 2009 with a projected address at the Salvation Army. He was also told that he needed to register with the Houston Police Department's Sex Offender Registration Unit within 7 days of his release. Robinson failed to register within the 7 days and when officers went to the Salvation Army on February 16th they discovered he only stayed there for a few days.
