KINGSTON — An inmate at Ulster County Jail was charged with two felonies Wednesday after the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office said he sprayed a corrections officer with a bottle containing liquid believed to contain feces and urine, then was found to have a plastic pen sheath filed into a shank stashed under the mattress in his cell.
