Polk County Sheriff Mike Oglesby says Thursday's tornado did severe damage to the jail in Mena, Arkansas and that the inmates had to be moved. Oglesby said he released lesser offenders, and he planned to send those with more serious charges to other facilities, including 25 to the Howard County Jail. Read more.
