ATLANTA (MyFOX ATLANTA) - The Fulton County jail has been described as a "cancer on the community." The graphic description was part of a hotly contested debate over the best way to relieve taxpayers of the financial burden of housing inmates. Not all the commissioners are on board with the proposal. Proponents of the plan say the current situation is causing a security risk.
