FORT SUPPLY — An inmate was captured Thursday evening about two hours after being reported missing from a minimum-security prison in Fort Supply, prison spokeswoman Linda Eike said. A Harper County sheriff’s deputy captured Austin Burks, 20, about 6:45 p.m., Eike said. Burks walked away from the William S.
