Plans to build a new jail near the Chippewa River faces another round of votes tonight. The full county board will vote on the resolution tonight. Last week, members of the Eau Claire County Administration Finance & Budget Committee, and the Judiciary and Law Committee all approved the move. That vote was 12 to 1. Read more.
