| Harrison County Jail To Reopen |

CADIZ -- The Sheriff of Harrison County says that he has a commitment from the state of Ohio who will help him to get his jail back up and running. It's a pilot project that the state is trying first in Harrison County and if it's successful the state may help other struggling counties open their jails. The Harrison County Jail was forced to close after staffing issues and numerous updates the state said the facility needed to make in order to keep it open. Read more.
