MADISON, Wis. (AP) - A federal judge in Milwaukee has ordered changes in how medication is handed out at the state's largest women's prison. The American Civil Liberties Union filed a class-action lawsuit in 2006 on behalf of Taycheedah Correctional Institution prisoners. The suit claimed the prison's medical, mental and dental care is grossly deficient and caused prisoners physical and mental suffering. Read more.
