State union president banned for 5 years

The Tennessee State Employees Association banned president Zoyle Jones for five years after determining he had double-dipped on travel expenses.

Jim Tucker, the union’s executive director, said that the board of directors voted Friday to bar Jones and require him to pay back about $1,000 in mileage and other expenses.
