Authorities charged a dancer at a Dothan nightclub with felony distribution of marijuana as part of an undercover drug operation at two Dothan nightclubs, which led to five arrests.

Dothan police arrested three people at the Runway Lounge at 3201 S. Oates St., just outside Ross Clark Circle, as part of an undercover operation with the Wiregrass Drug Task Force. All five of the people arrested during the undercover operation were charged during the early morning hours Saturday.

Investigators arrested both Regina Marcilla Dozier, 26, of Alabaster Bay, and Robert Earl Oliver, 36, of Aberdeen Road, and charged each of them with felony distribution of a controlled substance.

Lt. Jean Turner, the supervisor of the Dothan office of the Alabama Beverage Control Board, confirmed Dozier worked as a dancer at the Runway Lounge, a bikini bar, at the time of her arrest. Turner said several ABC agents assisted the Wiregrass Drug Task Force during the investigation and found several state alcohol violations.

Turner said other charges are pending against Dozier because ABC agents found the bikini bar in violation for a lewd and indecent act by Dozier, who was apparently seen dancing inappropriately.
