| Inmate sentenced on drug charges |

WARSAW -- An inmate convicted of selling marijuana inside Attica Correctional Facility was sentenced Thursday to 1 1/2 to three years in state prison. Boddie Daquan, 26, was convicted of third-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a Class E felony. He appeared in Wyoming County Court Thursday and was sentenced by Wyoming County Judge Mark H. Dadd. Daquan was indicted on the pot-selling charge in July 2008. He was serving five years for a criminal possession of a weapon conviction in 2003 in Kings County.
