COURTS: Del. inmate gets 21 more years in guard assaults WILMINGTON, Del. — An inmate has been sentenced to another 21 years in prison for assaulting prison guards. He was accused of hitting a guard with the open end of a pair of handcuffs as he was being unshackled and, days later, throwing feces at guards. He's already facing additional assault charges and is due to appear for a hearing later this month.Read more. If link has expired, check the website of the article's original news source. |
