Winchester Police Looking for Missing Work Release Inmate Winchester, Va.- Police in the northern Shenandoah Valley are looking for an inmate in a work release program who never returned to the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center Saturday night. Officials say Jennifer Robinson was expected back at the jail by 11:45 p.m. When she failed to report on time, a warrant was issued for her arrest. Robinson is a Winchester resident. She is 25 years old, about five-feet-six-inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds and has brown hair. She was last seen walking to her place of employment in Winchester. Bruce Conover, the Superintendent of the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center, says, "We need to know where they're at and what they are doing as part of the punishment imposed by the court for their offense. When you violate those rules, you give up the privilege of being assigned to the program."Read more. If link has expired, check the website of the article's original news source. |
