Correctional Deputy Reports Seeing Woman Drop Baggie By Cell Door A 35-year-old woman was arrested Sunday for allegedly attempting to deliver marijuana to an inmate in the Putnam County Jail, according to sheriff's office spokesman Lt. Johnny Greenwood. Deputy A. P. Bailey said he saw a white woman, who was later identified as Kerri Lyn Bennett, reach into her waistband and drop a plastic baggie onto a clipboard lying on the floor so an inmate could pull it into the cell.
