Three Columbus County (N.C.) inmates are back behind bars after a daring escape late Tuesday night, but one is still on the loose. Just after 3:30 Wednesday morning Junior Bracey, Roy Lewis and James Corbett were escorted back into the county jail. Authorities say they were hiding out in a home not far from the facility. The fourth escapee, 17-year-old John Watson, is still on the run and considered armed and dangerous.  Authorities say he is most likely in the Tabor City area.
About 11:30 Tuesday night, the four men overpowered Deputy Mark Strickland in their cell. They took his keys and then busted through a magnetic door to freedom. Deputy Strickland's injuries were not serious.
