Denver CBP Officers Apprehend Man on Nationwide Warrant for Sexual Assault on a Child Denver, Colorado - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at Denver International Airport apprehended a French Citizen, Herve Jardonnet arriving from London, England on May 25, 2009. The subject was wanted on an Outstanding Nationwide warrant from Colorado for Sexual Assault on a child by one in a position of trust, Aggravated incest, and Sexual assault on a child at large. After confirming the subject’s identity, CBP officers remanded the subject to the custody of the Denver Police Department to effect extradition. “This arrest illustrates CBP’s cooperation with state and local law enforcement agencies as a whole and demonstrates how CBP continues to protect America’s borders,” stated LaShanda Jones, Port Director for Denver, Colorado.
