GARY, Ind. — Authorities are working around the clock to find Indiana 2-year-old Jada Justice, who was reported missing two weeks ago. The girl was last seen June 16, when her 18-year-old cousin Eugelica Castillo left her in the car while she bought a gallon of milk at a gas station store in Gary, Ind., the Post Tribune reported. Castillo was watching Justice since June 8 while her 27-year-old mother was on a trip, according to the newspaper. She was briefly held as a person if interest, but was released. Police say, however, she and her 24-year-old boyfriend have not been cooperating with authorities, who wouldn't go into specifics. "If I was responsible for someone else's child and she had disappeared while in my custody, I would have done everything and anything to help find them," Hobart Deputy Chief Jeff White told the Post Tribune. "Let's just say that has not been the case."
