Inmate is accused of spraying urine on a corrections officer Anchorage Daily News / adn.com July 8th, 2009 BETHEL -- An inmate at the Yukon-Kuskokwim Correctional Center is accused of filling a bottle with urine and using it to spray a guard, Alaska State Troopers said.
