Assault charge dropped against corrections officer Jul 13, 2009 Posted by Charles Gazaway LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville Metro Corrections sergeant has been cleared of sexual abuse charges. For two years, Richard Johnson has lived under a cloud of suspension after he was accused of rape and sodomy. Johnson was arrested after a complaint was filed with the Metro's Crimes Against Children Unit. Monday, the charges against Johnson were dropped. Read More. |
