Two escaped inmates captured Laura Headlee 7/28/2009 Authorities from several East Tennessee agencies captured a pair of escaped inmates out of Jefferson County Tuesday morning. Justin Ray Bullock, 29, and Erick Warren McCormick, 18, escaped from the Jefferson County Correctional Facility in Dandridge just after 3 a.m. Officials say the pair assaulted a corrections officer, then escaped on foot.
