Washoe jail inmate tests positive for swine flu The Associated Press 08/04/2009 RENO, Nev.—The Washoe County sheriff's office says one jail inmate has tested positive for swine flu, and four other suspected cases are awaiting tests results. Sheriff's spokeswoman Brooke Keast says 11 inmates at the jail in Reno have shown symptoms of the H1N1 virus, which prompted the quarantine of one housing unit on Friday. Read More. |
