KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Inmates at the Kalamazoo County Jail are learning a new skill and improving their own nutrition at the same time. The county has created a new inmate-run garden this summer on the jail grounds. The idea is that these fresh vegetables will then be served to the inmates, improving their diet while at the same time cutting costs. Read More. |
