BAY VILLAGE — Marshals are asking for help to find fugitive Anthony Kemp, who is wanted in Bay Village, Portage County and other cities for multiple crimes. Kemp, 40, is charged with theft, identity theft, failing to appear in court and drug crimes. His most recent conviction in Cuyahoga County was in May 2004, when he was sentenced to 18 months in prison for receiving a stolen car and failing to comply with police. Read More. |
