| Former Monster President Sentenced to Prison in Fraud |

A former Monster Worldwide Inc. executive was sentenced to two years in prison following his conviction this year for fraud in a scheme to improperly backdate millions of dollars in stock-option awards at the online job-search company. U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff in Manhattan sentenced James J. Treacy, Monster's former president and chief operating officer, to 24 months in prison, to be followed by two years of supervised release.
