| Kilpatrick Late Again On Payments? |

Detroit (WWJ) -- Some uncertainty has surfaced over whether former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is once again late--and short--on his restitution payments to the city as part of his plea agreement tied to the city hall scandal. Probation workers with the Department of Corrections registered no payment from Kilpatrick on Thursday's due date for his $6,000 payment. An attorney for Kilpatrick, though, claims the Probation Department failed to note a $3,000 payment made earlier this month. Kilpatrick is facing a Friday, October 16 deadline to present his financial documents to a Wayne County judge, including a listing of assets, gifts, salary and other finances.
