The economic recession in the US has forced every state to cut expenditures on different programs. Colorado state had released prisoners in one of their cost cutting programs. The Denver Post in their report stated that Benn Joe Rael, a man of 51 was released when Colorado jail started to release prisoners on 22nd and 23rd September. This news alarmed everyone as Benn Joe Rael was convicted with child molestation charges. It was stated that in 1982, he had molested a child.
