FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) -- State parole officers continue to enforce a Kentucky statute that has been limited by a state Supreme Court ruling. The Lexington Herald-Leader quoted Department of Corrections spokeswoman Lisa Lamb, who said the department believes the law regarding where convicted sex offenders can live is still in effect.
