A Lodi man who works at a Sacramento prison has been arrested on suspicion of smuggling weapons and drugs to prisoners. Domingo Garcia, 39, bailed out of the Sacramento County Jail on Tuesday, a day after he was arrested and his home was searched. He was booked on suspicion of smuggling a weapon into a prison, smuggling a controlled substance into a prison, unauthorized communication with prisoners and conspiracy. Garcia is currently on administrative leave while the investigation continues, said Terry Thornton, a spokeswoman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
