Inmate Joshua Hamer, who had been wanted by the Alabama Department of Corrections after he walked off from the Decatur Community Based Facility, was recaptured Tuesday afternoon in Ardmore, Tenn. Hamer, who is being held by the Giles County, Tenn., Sheriff’s Department, refuses to sign a waiver to return to Alabama. He is currently in the Giles County Jail.
