Authorities have recaptured two men who escaped from the Oklahoma City Community Corrections Center Sunday night. State Corrections Department spokesman Jerry Massie says 27-year-old Jimmy Turk and 37-year-old Roy Killian were located and taken back into custody Monday night after they had been out less than 24-hours. Turk was located at a residence in the Del City area about 8:30 p.m. and Killian was found at a Spencer home about 10:30 p.m., Massie said. The men escaped about 11 p.m. Sunday while being escorted to their cells at the end of an exercise period. Department of Corrections information shows both men have several convictions that include weapons violations and burglary. Read More. |
