A man who was implicated in a 2008 beating death was arrested Tuesday on a manslaughter charge. Officers arrested Carl Alan Couch, 24, about 8 a.m. on the first-degree manslaughter charge. He is held at the Tulsa Jail on more than $200,000 bail. Prosecutors allege that Couch attacked Rickey Lee Furr on May 7, 2008, outside a home in the 1000 block of North Quaker Avenue.
