STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Cops are looking for a prisoner who escaped a perp walk outside the 120th Precinct stationhouse in St. George. The man, who was able to break free from the chain linking prisoners being brought from the station to a waiting Corrections Department bus, fled toward the St. George Ferry Terminal. Police have shut down the terminal and no boats or Staten Island Railway trains are allowed to depart until the man is found. Read More. |
