FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- Richard Heene, the man behind the now infamous balloon boy hoax, will report to jail on Monday, KMGH-TV in Denver reported. Heene is set to start serving a 90-day sentence. He will have to spend 30 days in jail and 60 days on work release, which means that he can work as a construction contractor during the day and return to jail at night. Heene must turn himself in by 9 a.m. Monday, according to the Larimer County Sheriff's Office. Officials said he "will be treated the same as any other inmate at the Larimer County Detention Center."
