| Border Patrol Responds to Burglary Call |

Del Rio, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Carrizo Springs Station arrested a Mexican Mafia member Thursday morning. Agents patrolling near Asherton, Texas received a report of a burglary in progress. When agents arrived at the scene they saw a subject fleeing from a residence. Agents gave chase and took the individual into custody and recovered two rifles and a shotgun in the area. The subject, a 24-year-old United States Citizen, admitted to being an active member of the Mexican Mafia criminal organization.
