A Neptune man already accused of attacking a Monmouth County corrections officer was indicted yesterday on charges he tried to kill a corrections officer and injure two others in a separate confrontation. The indictment charged Anthony Montgomery, 38, with attempted murder, two counts of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and weapons offenses in an Aug. 24 incident at the Monmouth County jail in Freehold, Monmouth County Prosecutor Luis Valentin said.
