CONCORD – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections on Saturday night reported that a minimum-security inmate from Manchester walked away from a transitional housing unit in Concord. The state identified him as Justin Angel Oliver, 27, who is serving a two- to six-year sentence for disobeying a police officer. He has completed earlier sentences for drug offenses, burglary, and being a habitual offender. Read More. |
