| Minimum Security Inmate Walks Away From Concord Transitional Unit |

Concord, N.H. - The NH Department of Corrections reports that a minimum security inmate walked away from the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord on January 16, 2010. Justin Angel Oliver, 27, of Manchester, reported to his place of employment but did not return to the facility as scheduled at 9:00 p.m. He was placed on walkaway status at 11:30 p.m. Inmate Oliver is described as a white male six feet one inches tall, 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his left cheek, chest, and right arm. He is serving a 2-to-6 year sentence for disobeying a police officer from Merrimack County Superior Court. He has completed earlier sentences for drug offenses, burglary, and being a habitual offender. He is eligible for parole on June 18, 2010.
