SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - An inmate is suing penitentiary officials in Sioux Falls to get back some books he considers art instruction books that were denied because they contain nudity. Joseph Fields III wants a judge to establish a policy or have the Corrections Department establish a court-approved policy that defines pornography. He also wants to be reimbursed for the books.
