I am curious as to what the lack of growth in prison population is attributed to. Our growth in Idaho has slowed but that is only due to certain temporary fixes. We have been told to prepare for a boost in population over the coming years. I cant imagine that Georgia is seeing a decrease in crime in this economy is there anyone out there that knows whats up in Georgia?
