Douglas, Ariz. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped a drug smuggling attempt when they seized approximately 31 pounds of marijuana concealed in the front fenders of a vehicle. On January 22 at about 7 a.m. CBP officers at the Douglas port of entry were screening travelers and vehicles when they came in contact with a 37-year-old man driving a 2000 Buick Regal.
