MARION - The Multi-County Correctional Center has selected Officer Mike King as the 2009 Officer of the Year. He was selected by a vote of his fellow officers and other staff members based on his professionalism, experience and work ethics. King has been an employee of MCCC for nearly 11 years and is very deserving of the award, according to a letter from Jail Executive Director Dale Osborn.
