Oswego (WSYR-TV) - An inmate at the Oswego County Correctional Facility was arrested Monday morning for the possession of illegal drugs inside the facility. The Sheriff’s Department says James Roach, 33, of Hannibal, was charged with promoting prison contraband for the drug incident that occurred on Friday, February 5. They say he was under the influence of the drugs that the brought into the facility and distributed to other inmates. Read More. |
