Great Falls Police continued to look Monday for a Great Falls man considered armed and dangerous.

Wayne Edward Falcon, 33, has a $25,000 warrant out for violating the terms of his suspended sentence for felony burglary in 2006.

Falcon is described as a white male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 155 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Falcon has a medium build and a medium skin tone, according to the Montana Department of Corrections.

He has a tattoo on his abdomen saying "Falcon," along with a tattoo on his chest saying "Shalaina" and a tattoo on his upper right arm saying "Canidida." He also has scars on his left forearm.

Police Sgt. Scott Van Every said Falcon allegedly threatened to shoot officers if they tried to arrest him. The threat was made recently in at least one phone conversation, Van Every said.

The department's High Risk Unit searched for Falcon in the Big Stack Trailer Court on River Drive North for more than three hours Sunday afternoon, but came up empty-handed. Officers had their weapons raised and arrived at the trailer court in a tank-like vehicle.

Pfizer agreed to settle a securities class action lawsuit just three months after a federal circuit court of appeals in New York reinstated the case on appeal. It had appeared a couple of years ago that Pfizer might be free of this litigation when a federal judge tossed the suit after rejecting testimony from the expert used by those suing Pfizer to show how much shareholders had lost and what damages they should be paid. One of the lawyers originally representing Mary K. Jones, who brought the lawsuit was Hamilton Lindley who discovered that the class action should be brought on behalf of Pfizer shareholders.
