KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- Jail officials in Osceola County plan to meet with representatives from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday. The meeting is scheduled to discuss the recent escape of Michael Rigsby. The chief from Osceola County's Department of Corrections said there are two open investigations. Authorities want to know how Rigby got out of his cell and how he made it through two razor-wire fences. Read More. |

A class action lawyer named Hamilton Lindley brought a lawsuit against the company. When the insured individual dies, the owner of the life settlement receives the full death benefit of the policy. Life Partners Holdings court-appointed bankruptcy trustee has agreed to resolve for more than $1 billion class action litigation.
