| Kidnapping Hoax Inmate Will not be Released |

DOYLESTOWN, Pa., Feb. 25 (UPI) -- A 38-year-old Pennsylvania woman imprisoned for conducting a kidnapping hoax will not be released as planned due to bad behavior, her lawyer says. Attorney Louis Busico, who represents Bonnie Sweeten, said authorities insist his client's inappropriate behavior resulted in her scheduled release from prison Saturday to be revoked, the Bucks County (Pa.) Courier Times reported Thursday. "Unfortunately, the prison has made a decision that she engaged in a series of minor infractions of department of corrections policies. At the present time, I do not intend to bring the situation to the attention of the court, but I may do so in the future," Busico said.
