| Inmate arrested, accused of spitting on 2 detainees |

A 32-year-old Citrus County (Fla.) jail inmate was arrested last Thursday and charged with two counts of battery by a detainee upon a detainee, according to an arrest report. Dominic Murray is accused of spitting into the faces of two other inmates last Thursday afternoon while Murray was being transferred to another cell because of uncontrollable behavior. Murray also threatened to spit on the arresting deputy during the incident, the report said. Bail was set at $4,000. |
