| Prison Attack Trial on Hold |

JUNEAU — A trial has been postponed for a Fox Lake Correctional Institution inmate charged with trying to kill two correctional officers at the facility in 2008. Dodge County Clerk of Courts Lynn Hron said the three-day trial for Terrance B. Davis set to begin on April 7 was removed from the calendar after Judge Andrew Bissonnette recused himself from the case. Hron said Bissonnette did not cite a specific reason for the case. Another judge will be assigned to the case. Davis, who is incarcerated at Waupun Correctional Institution, waived his right to a jury trial during a motion hearing in late March. He is charged with two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide. Davis is accused of attacking two prison workers, ages 52 and 38, with a claw hammer at the prison on Nov. 10, 2008.
