| S. Napa Drug Bust Leads to 3 Arrrests |

Three people were arrested Wednesday after Napa County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle in south Napa. At 1:45 p.m., a deputy stopped a blue Dodge truck on Highway 29 near Imola Avenue because of an obstructed license plate, according to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office. A passenger in the vehicle, Justin Hornstein, 37, of Vallejo, had a warrant for his arrest. The deputy found a methamphetamine pipe where Hornstein was seated, deputies said. The remaining parties agreed to a search. The driver, Vallejo resident Patti Renee Flaherty, 45, had a small bag of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on her seat, deputies said. Read More. |
