PAYNES CREEK - State prison officials are on the lookout for a 29-year-old San Joaquin County man who escaped early Thursday morning from a minimum security camp near Red Bluff. Phillip Joseph Guthmiller stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He is described as white with a light complexion, brown eyes and hair, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
