PAYNES CREEK - State prison officials are on the lookout for a 29-year-old San Joaquin County man who escaped early Thursday morning from a minimum security camp near Red Bluff. Phillip Joseph Guthmiller stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He is described as white with a light complexion, brown eyes and hair, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. He was last seen wearing orange prison clothes with "CDCR" written on the back, officials said. Read More. |
